Brooke has received her Master’s Degree in Food Culture, with a focus on communicating quality products, from the University of Gastronomic Sciences, (co-founded by SlowFood), in Parma, Italy. Although she is, on paper, a food nerd, in person, she is a sensualist with a passion for the best things in life.
