My time at America’s Test Kitchen was interesting to say the least, but this morning I found out that my recipe variations for Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges were published in the jan/feb issue of Cook’s Country magazine. Of course, I’m not given credit for them (my time there was “interesting”, remember?) but at least I know they’re mine, and now, so do you!
