Being sensually fit can mean many things.  It’s not just about how you look, or how much sex you have but how you feel about yourself as well.

Exercise plays a huge role in many areas of your life!  Need motivation to work out?  Not only does exercise improve how you feel about yourself, and how you look, it can also improve your sex life!  One of the most important components of a rewarding sex life is exercise.  Regular exercise can pique sexual desire and make sex more enjoyable.

The results of exercising can be one of the best gifts you give yourself and your partner.  It builds confidence, gives you more energy, sculpts your body, and can extend your life.  Regular exercise not only burns calories and reduces fat it also gives your hormones a jumpstart.  Aerobic exercise can rev up your hormones, flush away stress and rid your body of excess fat.  You can re-energize and revitalize your body.  All of which improve your overall well being and your sex life.

When I started exercising on a regular basis, along with a healthier diet, I was amazed at the improvement in ALL areas of my life.  I had more energy.  I slept better.  I looked and felt better.  My hair and skin had a healthy glow and my overall health improved.  Best of all, my sex life dramatically improved!

SEX and exercise.  Research has shown that sex can not only help ease muscle and joint pain, it can help combat depression, promote a healthy heart and lengthen your life.  Sex feels great!  Not only for the physical pleasure we receive but for the emotional connection or bond we create with our partners.

Your Body Naked: When naked, many people, especially women, do not feel good about their bodies.  They feel uncomfortable in their own skin.  The mere thought of removing their clothes in front of their partner with the lights on or just looking at themselves naked in the mirror can be overwhelming.  How can you enjoy the experience and your partner when you are starting off from a negative standpoint?  A higher level of self confidence and acceptance about your body can lead to greater sexual desire as well as a general feeling of happiness.

Attitude: Your attitude speaks volumes.  A good attitude gives you confidence and confidence gives you energy!   Through proper nutrition, exercise and sensual education you can improve your body, your life and your relationships while increasing your self confidence and acceptance of your body.

Sensuality is taking care of yourself and finding joy.  When you find what gives you joy, DO a lot of it! Here’s to your Love ~ Life ~ Health.
